Hello! I'm Emily Nash, the baker behind The Artisan Apartment.

after under going a stem cell transplant for cancer in 2018 I have now decided to follow my passion of bespoke cakes and bakes. If being ill has taught me anything it's to not spend time doing things that don't make you truly happy and so I created The Artisan Apartment.

I am council registered, insured and have a 5* food hygiene rating.

I also have a level 2 Professional Cookery qualification, a level 2 Food Hygiene certificate and have completed an allergen awareness course, with several years experience as a professional chef. Please see pictures below.
